Expansion is really an ode to Prana: Life force, chi, ki, source energy.

When we break down this life existence into what is available to experience, all stems from love and fear, the inhale and the exhale of the breath, the yin and yang. From years of personal inquiry through yoga & meditation practice, no matter what is going on in life, I can always return to the simplicity of one breath at a time to ground and support me in the life process.

I believe there is a spiritual revolution taking place on the planet right now and people are waking up to how much more enjoyable life can be when we simplify and act from a place of love over fear. We have the ability to expand into love as a collective, or contract into fear, also as a collective.

Having been involved with the healing arts my entire life, including a mother who always took care of us as children with natural, home remedies, it is clear to me that whenever I am dealing with something that knocks me off balance, I ask the question, what would love do? This supports me to better choose my action steps or to go with the flow and return to balance again.

My wish with this track is that you take this 10 minutes for yourself some time and allow the music to take you on a meditation journey of your inner landscape.
